Wellington Archery Club -
We meet at Courtfields Community School, Mantle Street, on Sunday afternoon and at the Rugby Club Tuesday evenings during the winter months. During the summer months you can find us on Tuesdays, Thursday evenings as well as Sunday afternoon in the field next to Courtfields School

U3A - The University of the Third Age whose philosphy is simply that groups of retired people meet to learn from and to teach other other in a variety of activities. There are no examinations! Activities include music apprecation, gardening, painting, railways, heirlooms, birds and wildlife, writing, films, scrabble and walking. Wellington Museum and Historical Society which was founded in 1982 and whose volunteers run the museum housed in the former historic coaching inn of the Squirrel in Fore Street. Tel 662225.

Wellington 55 Plus Club at 55 North Street (opposite the fire station) is a social club for all people over 55 to meet and talk and help each other. It is open every morning for tea/coffee and biscuits, and on various afternoons there are activities such as whist, bingo and darts, plus coach trips in the summer.
