Wellington Town Council employs one Community Warden full time to maintain and improve various areas in town. We have hired a temporary additional Warden for the summer period and will be permanently expanding the team ahead of us taking on a host of services in April 2025.

 

Every week or so we publish a round up of what our Community Warden team have been up to, including “before and after” images on our social media.

Please note that we do not yet manage the cutting of highway verges and hedges and currently only maintain play areas at Burchills Hill and Richards Close.
