On Saturday 25th September 2021, Wellington Town Council held a street fair in the town centre to welcome the community back into the town after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The fair was an opportunity for traders to sell their goods, for community groups to give out information, and for families to have a fun day out. Alongside the street fair, Proms in the Park took place on Sunday 26th September at Wellington Park. The Operatic Society and the Silver Band performed while guests enjoyed picnics and a BBQ provided by the Beambridge Inn
After a difficult year it was wonderful to see the community come together to enjoy a weekend of activities.
