23 Dec Christmas Message from the Mayor of Wellington
2022 has been a big year for Wellington Town Council. We have had everything from an election to a jubilee and the death of a monarch, all while battling the mounting Cost of Living Crisis and the fallout of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
I would like to thank my fellow Councillors and the officers at Wellington Town Council for their continued hard work towards making this town the best it can be. I would also like to thank yourselves, as it is for the community that all our work is done. Thank you for your continued trust in the Town Council and for all of the feedback you have given us on our projects this year. We hope that in 2023, as the Unitary Council is implemented, Wellington will continue on its upwards journey and that we can keep working towards making it better for everyone.
